Based in Gaborone and established in 2010, we provide local, in-country engineering and project management services to our projects in Botswana.
These services are predominantly diamond processing for clients such as Debswana and Lucara.
Through parent company, Lycopodium, services are also provided across other commodities, including copper.

Lycopodium Holdings Africa (previously ADP) – The 2014 acquisition by the Australian-based Lycopodium Limited, significantly increased our capability, capacity, and diversity, enabling our evolution from a leading modular and diamond projects company to an integrated projects and mineral processing engineering and EPCM company with specialised capability in modular design and digital process solutions using dynamic simulation software and advanced digital engineering technology.
Lycopodium’s “Africa Hub” subsidiary companies operate out of Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia and South Africa.
As of June 2025 – ADP rebranded to Lycopodium.
