Kholo Marine & Minerals
Kholo Marine & Minerals (Pty) Ltd, a B-BBEE compliant company, is the result of ADP’s initiative to identify high quality local South African previously disadvantaged partners and establish a 51% Black-owned marine and minerals focused project delivery organisation.
Since our initial year of operation in 2019, South African project delivery contracts for ADP Marine & Modular and Lycopodium have been ceded to Kholo, based on client approval. It is the intent that Kholo exclusively tenders for all ongoing project delivery work within South Africa.

As a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor, we provide project delivery solutions for our South African clients, aligned to bespoke delivery strategies, executing projects in both the greenfields and brownfields environments.
Our range of services extends from engineering studies to detailed engineering and design, procurement, construction management and commissioning.
To ensure robust engineering and design solutions, we leverage off the ADP group of companies together bringing vast experience and knowledge.
For more complex, time sensitive project delivery solutions, we provide 4D planning capabilities to sequence constrained construction and operational activities, ensuring timely completion to bespoke engineering solutions.
