Senwabarwana Victim Support Centre

The Centre required a vehicle to reach out to the community to support victims of gender-based violence and abuse.

They relied heavily on the SAPS to transport victims in distress, but due to shortage of patrol vehicles, they could not reach victims in time or support them in the way that they could.

Kholo Marine & Minerals donated a brand new 7-seater Toyota Rumion MPV at an event hosted by De Beers Venetia Mine and attended by the SAPS, the mayor and deputy mayor of Blouberg, members of the social development department of local government, local radio stations and Kholo representatives.

This initiative, supported by Kholo, was completed in February 2022.
